Can you hear the Earth singing?We shall answer her call.What a Spring and Summer we shall have!! We shall take her gifts and replenish our bodies and our spirits.We shall sing back to her. Feel the beat of your heart. Hear the beat of the drum. Listen to the beat of the earth as she awakens.. The Earth is warming,greening.There is song in air and movement in the earth.The Vernal Equinox is March 20th. It is time for us to dance once again upon the earth and welcome the green energy back into our lives.

Plants will be ready beginning in April with the hardy perennials with more ready as the season progresses. Plants are available thru October with the tender perennials and herbs for pots available thruout the year. Workshops and Events are held throughout the year. Garden Tours and Retreats Scheduled also. Groups are welcomed with room for parking buses. Other Hours by chance or appt. In April , Hobbit Gardens will be at the Boone Co. Flower and Garden Show, Earth Day at Hobbit Gardens. p.s. I invite any to come join us in the gardens every Sunday beginning in April, in helping to create the spiral path thru the gardens on which the Medicine Wheel will be built. Come prepared to work-gloves, layers of clothing as the weather is variable-tools such as shovels, trowels etc if you have or want to bring-sunscreen-hat or bandana-brown bag lunch, I will provide herb teas and infusions. Come one sunday or any & all sundays. I am honored to have you help in creating this path , this Medicine Wheel. Aho
