My top 5.... A.H. 1. To use the words, "Our family doesn't do that..., we support each other"
2. To offer choices, "You can have this or that, take your pick"
3. Don't bother yelling, say the consequences and let them choose their behavior. "I need you to ...., if you don't then this will happen."
4. Only allow 1 hr of tv a day, except for special programs the whole family can watch or a special interest.
5. Stop all individual activity one hour before bedtime and use that as family time.

Rules of the Road

1. Ride single file on right hand side of road, on bike path if possible
2. Be careful around driveways and intersections, this is where most accidents occur.
3. When turning, always look behind you for a break in traffic, then signal before turning. Watch cars that are turning.
4. If you want to learn to do tricks or stunts, join a club or organization where you can do it safely.
5. Don't carry things in your arms while riding, use a basket or backpack.
6. Don't wear loose pants that will get caught in the chain.
7. Don't wear headphones while riding!
