Slow Food Indy Events
Join us at Ivy Tech Culinary School,June 1st at 3:00pm. During this event you will learn about a variety , of local vegetables such as fresh lettuces and asparagus. Thom England, president of Slow Food Indy and chef and instructor at Ivy Tech Culinary School, will lead the discussion.
And, you will also be invited to taste and compare local produce to non-local produce found at grocery stores.
